With over eight years of experience in addiction and mental health therapy, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals on their journey to healing. For the past two years, I have had the privilege of serving as the Team Lead at Recovery Works Healing Center’s Vandalia location, where I support both our clients and staff in fostering growth and transformation.
Working in this field has brought immense purpose to my life, and Recovery Works has provided me with the opportunity to channel my passion into meaningful action. Being both a therapist and a leader is more than just a role—it is a mindset rooted in continuous growth, compassion, and commitment. As a leadership team, we strive to cultivate an environment where our staff can become the best versions of themselves, develop their clinical expertise, and build a strong support network.
My greatest fulfillment comes from helping individuals achieve their goals—whether it’s guiding clients through their recovery or mentoring staff to reach their full potential. At Recovery Works Healing Center, we are more than a team; we are a community dedicated to making a difference.

Professional and Caring
Our time with Recovery Works has been wonderful. Everyone we ever interacted with was very professional and caring. Our family had been in a state of crisis when we came in for help and they worked with us and helped us in our time of need. The individual therapy sessions were so good for our son and we were so pleased with his therapist, Jessica. Programs for teenagers/young adults are very hard to come by but Recovery Works offered exactly what we needed. I will always recommend them for anyone who is ever in need of services.
