With over 27 years of experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field, Kelly Delgado has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome the challenges of mental health and substance use disorders. Throughout her career, she has worked with both youth and adults in various treatment settings, including residential and outpatient programs. Kelly has built a strong reputation for her leadership in organizations and in private practice, continually striving to provide effective, compassionate care for those in need.

Kelly’s academic foundation includes an Associate’s degree in Mental Health Technology from Sinclair Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Studies from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University. Her educational background has equipped her with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complexities of addiction and mental health treatment with expertise and empathy.

She holds numerous professional licenses/certifications, including CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor), CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), CFTP (Certified Family Trauma Professional), LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor), and LICDC-CS (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor), This wide range of certifications highlights Kelly’s commitment to ongoing professional development and the high standards she upholds in her work.

Kelly lives with her husband, a retired Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service, and their teenage daughter, who may also pursue a career in counseling. Her son proudly serves in the Marines, and the family is also joined by their beloved dog, Nala.
