Lindsey LaFleche
Clinical Supervisor
Lindsey LaFleche is the Clinical Supervisor at Recovery Works Youth Services location, with 7 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Lindsey has a passion for working with children and teenagers, helping them address a wide array of mental and behavioral health concerns. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing various levels of outpatient mental health and substance use services. She is committed to providing care with compassion and empathy, while creating a supportive, team-oriented environment for staff and clients alike.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Ball State University and a Master of Social Work with a Trauma Specialization from Widener University. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) and is actively working towards additional supervisory designations. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, reading, and doing photography.

Our time with Recovery Works has been wonderful. Everyone we ever interacted with was very professional and caring. Our family had been in a state of crisis when we came in for help and they worked with us and helped us in our time of need. The individual therapy sessions were so good for our son and we were so pleased with his therapist, Jessica. Programs for teenagers/young adults are very hard to come by but Recovery Works offered exactly what we needed. I will always recommend them for anyone who is ever in need of services.
